Supplier List Preferences

Click on this link to set the show and sort settings for the suppliers list.

Document List

Click on this button to view the documents for your selected suppliers.

Excel Report

Click on this button to export the listed suppliers into a spreadsheet. All the suppliers listed will be exported whether any have been selected (highlighted) or not.

Log Off

Click on this link to exit the Buyer Module.

Help

Click on this link to display this screen and other help options if available.

Show Settings

Displays the Show options that are set in Supplier List Preferences. If only certain suppliers were chosen then “Preferences Selections in Effect” will be displayed; otherwise, “All Suppliers” will be displayed.

Sort Settings

Displays the sort order as set in the Sort options chosen in Supplier List Preferences. If “DESC” appears then that indicates that the field is being sorted in descending order.

Administrative settings are in effect

This phrase appearing on the screen means that the Administrator has restricted your account to view only specific suppliers.
