Copy Acct Copies the information from the account into the “New Acct” row; you then need to change the ‘Password’ and ‘Email’ fields to be unique for the new user, and modify the ‘Document List Display’ fields if needed to tailor the account for the new user. Be sure to click on the ‘Save Accounts’ button after setting up the account before copying another account or displaying another screen or else the new account information will be lost. Note: the Admin account cannot be copied.
Del Acct Used to delete a user’s account. Mark the accounts to be deleted on the current page and then click on the ‘Save Accounts’ button. Once deleted, that user will no longer be able to access the Buyer Module. Note: the Admin account cannot be deleted.
