Meaning |

Save Accounts
|
Click
on this button to save any additions/updates on this page. You must
save any changes before proceeding to another page display, or before
returning to the Supplier List screen, or before logging off the Buyer
Module, otherwise your changes will be lost. |

Click
on this button to return to the Supplier List screen in the Buyer Module. |

Log Off |
Click
on this link to exit the Buyer Module. |

Find Email
|
To
locate a specific account, enter the account user’s e-mail address
in the text box to the left of the ‘Find Email’ button,
and then click on the button. If the e-mail exists, a message will
inform you in which account (sequence number) it resides. This field
will only appear if there are more than four accounts set up.

Display All
|
Click
on this link to display all existing accounts on one page (which will
require you to scroll down the page to see the additional accounts,)
instead of in groups of five accounts per page. To return to a page
view, click on the ‘Display Pages’ link that will be on
the Display All page. This link will only appear if there are more
than four accounts set up. Note: there is a substantial amount of data
to be assembled for each account; the more accounts that exist then
the longer it will take to generate the Display All screen.

Account Type |
Displays
either “Admin” for the Administrator’s account, the
account sequence number, or “New Acct” on a line that can
be used to set up a new account. This is a non-changeable field, assigned
and maintained by the system. |

Password |
Employed
by the account user to gain access to the Buyer Module. This field
is required and the must be unique -- it cannot be a duplicate of the
password for another account. Note: the password for the Admin account
cannot be changed from within the Manage Buyer Accounts screen. You
must contact ESIS Customer Service if you need to have this password
changed. |
| Last Login |
Displays
the date of the last time an account accessed the Buyer Module. This is
a non-changeable field, maintained by the system. |
| Document List Display |
The
columns in this section are used to select Divisions, Suppliers, Document
Types, and/or Document statuses to EXCLUDE from the buyers’ document
display in the Buyer Module. |
| Division |
Select
the division(s) to exclude associated suppliers from the account user’s
Buyer Module displays. Selecting a division will automatically select
the associated suppliers in the Excluded Suppliers field. Multiple selections
of divisions, if more than one is displayed, may be made by holding down
the CTRL key while clicking on a listed division. This field is optional;
if no selections are made, then it is assumed that no suppliers associated
with a division are to be excluded from the Buyer Module displays for
the user. |
| Excluded Suppliers |
Select
the supplier(s) to exclude from the account user’s Buyer Module
displays. Multiple selections of suppliers may be made by holding down
the CTRL key while clicking on a listed supplier. Select “Exclude
NONE” if you do not wish to exclude any suppliers from the user’s
displays in the Buyer Module. This field is optional; if no selections
are made, then it is assumed that no suppliers are to be excluded from
the Buyer Module displays for the user. |
| Doc Types |
Select
the document type(s) to be excluded from the account user’s Buyer
Module displays. Multiple selections may be made by holding down the
CTRL key while clicking on a listed document type. Select “NONE” if
you do not wish to exclude any document types from the user’s displays
in the Buyer Module. This field is optional; if no selections are made,
then it is assumed that no document types are to be excluded from the
Buyer Module displays for the user. |
| Doc Stats |
Select
the document status(es) to be excluded from the account user’s
Buyer Module displays. Multiple selections may be made by holding down
the CTRL key while clicking on a listed document type. Select “NONE” if
you do not wish to exclude any document statuses from the user’s
displays in the Buyer Module. This field is optional; if no selections
are made, then it is assumed that no document statuses are to be excluded
from the Buyer Module displays for the user. |
| Email |
The
e-mail address for this account’s user. This field is required
and the e-mail address must be unique -- it cannot be a duplicate of
the e-mail address for another account. Aside from serving as informational
contact data for the Administrator, this field is used to quickly find
an account by using the ‘Find Email’ search feature. |
| Copy Acct |
Copies
the information from the account into the “New Acct” row;
you then need to change the ‘Password’ and ‘Email’ fields
to be unique for the new user, and modify the ‘Document List Display’ fields
if needed to tailor the account for the new user. Be sure to click on
the ‘Save Accounts’ button after setting up the account before
copying another account or displaying another screen or else the new
account information will be lost. Note: the Admin account cannot be copied. |
| Del Acct |
Used
to delete a user’s account. Mark the accounts to be deleted on
the current page and then click on the ‘Save Accounts’ button.
Once deleted, that user will no longer be able to access the Buyer Module.
Note: the Admin account cannot be deleted. |
