Understanding the Document List Screen

The Document List Preferences Table:
This table shows which partners, document types, date ranges and status codes you have chosen to display in your Document List. You can choose to display all of your documents in the list or only a subset of documents. You can also choose the order in which your documents are displayed (i.e.: grouped by partner, by document type, etc.) These settings can be changed from the HOM Preferences screen (see below).

The Number of Documents Listed:
This feature notifies you as to how many total documents you have on your HOM site and how many documents are currently displayed in the Document List. It says, "Document List Shows [N] of [X] total Documents". This means that of the total documents available [X] in your mailbox, there are [N] displayed with the current show settings.

The Document List Table:
This table displays the partners, documents, types, dates, and statuses you currently have listed.

ACK Acknowledged
ASN Advance Ship Notice
CO Change Order
COA Change Order Acknowledgement
DocDate The date the original document was created
DocNo The document number (e.g. the PO#, CO#, etc.)
FST Forecast
IA Inventory Advice
INC Incomplete
INV Invoice
MOD Modified
PO Purchase Order
POA Purchase Order Acknowledgement
PLS/PS Planning Schedule
PSA Planning Schedule Acknowledgement
RC Receipt Advice
RCV Received
RJT Rejected
RQ Request for Quote
RQA Request for Quote Acknowledgement
RS Order Status Inquiry
RSA Order Status Inquiry Acknowledgement
RTS Ready to Send
SS Ship Schedule
Status RCV=Received, RTS=Ready to Send, etc.
SNT Sent
INC Incomplete
StatDate The last date of action on the document
Type PO=Purchase Order, CO=Change Order, etc.

To change your sort settings, click on 'HOM Preferences'.
The HOM Preferences screen allows you to customize your display on the Document List screen. You can sort by Partner, DocNo, Type, DocDate, Status and StatDate.
