Advanced Queries-Deleted HOM Documents

At this time, 'Deleted HOM Docs' in the only Advanced Query available, however, more queries will be added in the near future.

Deleted HOM Docs can be accessed by clicking on the 'Advanced Queries' function in the top-right of the Document List Screen. This function allows you to request deleted records from the Advanced Query screen that match special conditions. From here you can…

• Search for documents that have been deleted, if any, from HOM within the last 120 days.
• View the deleted date, as well as the user who deleted the document.
• Select the documents to display in the Deleted HOM Docs Screen by selecting options in the 'Display' boxes.

You can select documents to display by:

1. Partner's Name
2. Document Type
3. Multiple selections can be made for partner name and document type by holding down the CTRL key while clicking on an option.

Sort the document list by:

1. Partner's name
2. Document Number
3. Document Type
4. Document Date
5. Document Status
6. Document Status Date
7. Each sort option can be listed in ascending or descending order. Note: if no sort order options are selected then the default sort for the list will be by partner name, document number, then document status date.
